Models look interesting but kind of curious what "Monsters" the game description is referring to. No Horror or NTR tags.

OK tried it. Can't really recommend this v0.1 version. Spent days roaming the house trying to talk to people and getting this 90% of the time:

Edit 17/Nov/19 : 2nd para applies to v.01 only and I haven't tried the game since. Now that it's into v.03 more content may have been added, so TBF to the dev, don't let that influence whether you decide to try this game or not.

According to the plot player is the landlord and there are 3 women ( Milf tag) so incest plot doesn't seems to fit.
But the monster thing tells we can control them like dad/daughter.
