There was a very, very early version where you could sneak in on Mrs Hunter and r*pe her. It was an immediate game over.

At least the developer is back to work on new projects, I really like old-fashioned point & click games with good modern rendering, hopefully we could have a beta version by the end of this year.

Here's an update:
I'm swithering (there's a good northern English word for ya) between NVL mode and ADV mode. On the one hand I like the NVL aesthetic (been playing too much Disco Elysium) and on the other hand ADV mode is less buggy. I have switched between the two styles so much that I have kind of broken the base code. So, I need to shit or get off the pot but I'm bunged up and can't make a decision.
I'm also having another dilemma which is, being a woke liberal snowflake, I like my games to have representation so I thought, fine, I'm not that far into the game, I will make the MPC a black guy. But then, I'm not black so if I write a black guy it'd be inauthentic and also if I (or rather "the Wish") gives him a massive cock and makes him fuck a load of white women, well that's a problematic stereotype in porn. So, maybe I have a black best friend and can you say "tokenism" and "cliche"? So, I really am not sure which way to take the game. Also I can't render anything at the moment anyway.
So, yeah, some progress, but mostly it's all on balled up bits of paper in my bin.
I have designed some new characters though, including a sexy nun because, why not?

The only time that has any relevance, is if you're making a point to show "a day in the life of a black man in the UK/US/France/Germany/China etc", and are trying to show situtations that specifically highlight his being black.
So unless you're wanting to showcase things ranging from concsious awareness of and focus on ethnicity over character aka racial prejudice, you don't need to be black yourself or have the input of black men.
Eh... It's less of a problem than you think. If anything, it's just another in the long, long, long list of porn stereotypes.
There's definitely games that play up to modern generic negative stereotypes of black men in their games, usually having them as gangsters and gang-rapists. I mean to the point that usually if you see a black man in a modern setting, there's a high chance he's either part of a gang or will be spouting race-play dirty talk.
Here's the solution... Stop giving a fuck about skin colour.
Want to make the MC black?
Do it, and write like he's a normal person everyday person in the specific unusual circumstances that would still be the same if he were white.
Want them to fuck a gaggle of latina/arabic/asian women instead of white women?
Do it. Just don't chuck in race-play bait language that only serves to reinforce stereotypes.
If you can find the time, go and play Acting Lessons.
MC's best friend in that is black, and not a token black friend. He's a well written, non stereotype, actual character in the game. Be prepared for heart strings to be tugged.
It was easily one of the best things about the game for me. A non-sterotype, non-antagonist black character who was as well written as other characters in the game. Like a breath of fresh air.

One of the most annoying best friend characters in all of AVNs. A 40yr old man acting like a muppet..with the pink pastry physician's signature touch: the perpetual open mouth joker smile face.
The character was terrible, the game was terrible. The rest of what you wrote was fine, but Dev please do not use AL as a guide. It's a rubbish game. Boring, morose storyline, bland/ugly main girl, dumb house fires, gingerist, and endings that depress, not because of any heart strings pulled, but because you realise you wasted hours of your life on this shite. Zero enjoyment to be had. In fact it should only be used as example of what not to do with an AVN.
I quite liked The Wish. If Dev does was feels right at writing stage, I am sure next game will be a good one.

On the contrary, season 1 of his other endeavour is still what I consider one of the best all time. AL is dogshit to the extreme. Quite possibly one of the least enjoyable AVNs I played from F95.
Plenty of other good enjoyable games/characters out there to emulate, but honestly, I again say, do your own thing and don't try to be AL or any other game.
My suggestion is to pick one for good , rational reasons and then go for it. Do it the other way next time if you want to. This is a learning experience for most devs (if you hear them talk) and it can't hurt to move forward and make some progress - even if it's finding out the you made the "wrong" decision - you still learned something useful. You can also continue making art and use that art in many ways. It's not all for nowt (another northern expression) (nought, naught). Don't get hung up on the starting gate - get past it and finish the race - who cares what place you ended up with? - Who are you racing with really? It's a one person race isn't it? - so you win if you finish.
Yeah, I'm going with my original plan. I just really like the black best friend character I've been writing. One of the first scenes I've written is him telling the MPC to stop being a dick and calling him out for being a bit of a prick and he just got a personality whereas the MPC is a bit of a empty vessel since it becomes the player. I forgot that the best characterisation comes from the side characters and you let the player make the choices. So, I think he works best as the best friend not the MPC. His name is Dave.
On a side note, fucking ElevenLabs "retired" Bella so now I have to redo all the mom's lines. Grrrr....

Maybe, I dunno. I don't play Skyrim. It's quite a popular voice because it was one of the most realistic female voices.
I didn't love it, but it means I need to re-record all her lines again. Or just not bother. Probably going with just not bother.
Bensound have also made it harder to get free royalty free music. The whole world is going to shit.

I haven't used that mod yet, I have 500 mods and every time I touch the mods my saves get borked, tried playing Skyrim 3 30 times now, and saves always get borked, but already have it 100% on 360/One.
I just downloaded it a few weeks ago and was going to install but noticed it said Bella and was from ElevenLabs, so assumed one and the same.
And yeah, a lot of devs just dumped music now-a-days, and Mediafire will detect music, doesn't matter if it's okay will DMCA it while scanning it, and you have to 7zip it to avoid that.
