When i said feasible scenario i meant it in the sense that the developer could indeed decide to make a non-canon scene like that. Because after all, why not. It'd be just a non-canon bonus scene based on a reasonable setup (MC and LI break up and LI takes interest in someone else)
An act of having sex with a person who did not give their consent for it is indeed rape. It doesn't matter in this context whether this is "non canon" or the person is a LI. It'd be a scene of raping a character. Just like a non-canon scene of character having sex with a dog would be a (non-canon) act of bestiality, and non-canon scene of MC and his mother fucking would still be portrayal of incest.

people will see something in their gameplay and they they will click on it.

I wasn't trying to convince anyone or anything. I just wanted to show that Megan, in theory, cannot be completely connected with Mc. I don’t really care about these Non-canons and all sorts of whining about Ntr, as long as what happened once in DMD didn’t happen to this game, I like all the games from MrDots, especially the best game was Melody, DMD was the best until All this sharing/swing and other desires about ntr happened.
Otherwise MrDots is good at creating good stories. I will believe to the end that “Thief of Hearts” will not clash with NTR and their fans and that’s all. the main thing is good luck Dev, and I will follow the game
just put Martin in and call it a day, watch people just lose their minds.

This is a mistake on my part. I intended to have the non-canon window pop up for that dialog, but it slipped my mind and I will be fixing it. As for the other points, I do get what you are saying, but its still the case that while it may be referenced later like it is here, it still wont affect the outcome of what happens and will have no further bearing on the story itself. Its possible these scenes could affect later secrets, but that is not guaranteed, just an idea. I thought about having Vivian reference it during her work bathroom secret instead, I decided not to and just put those few lines there. I just need to fix it so the non-canon screen pops up for those few lines.

Even though Megan is NOT a "love interest" in deeper hinsight, and most likely she will not be part of the harem (as story has other plans with her so far), we can see the confusion about that non-canon-scene. Even though she will have several sexual encounters with MC - that's for sure and it's already obvious.
We still think, it's non-story related bonus material, but we also THINK about re-creating that scene. Maybe we'll have Megan daydreaming about having that sex with MC, as she like younger boys.
We still think that should not be necessary, but for the sake of it, we're thinking about it (no promises though).
As for the further plans:
Megan will NOT be part of the harem, but she will have several sexual encounters with MC (that's why there are love scores).
To explain:
love scores do NOT indicate, how deep the LOVE is, but how far MC can go later on in certain scenes. The higher this score, the farther he can go, meaning the farther the girl ALLOWS him to go. This score does NOT indicate whether a girl is able to join the harem or not. DOn't assume things because we named some variable the easiest way - you don't know how we intend to use them - just saying.
I really can't reveal more of the plot at this point, but it might be a useful information to know about that.
Megan is a powerful woman, leading her own business - she knows what she wants and uses people for her benefits (leaving to your imagination). She's playing an important role in the story, but not as harem girl in the end. (things can change, but these are the current plans.

Ah, it's fine, don't take it too close. I'm just grateful that there will be a harem in the game, and tell MrDots good work!
Sometimes not all spectators are happy; there will be those who will criticize and those who will enjoy the game. I wouldn't worry so much about one woman who at some point might turn out to be an enemy or someone who wants to play with fire with Mc. This is a game for a thief, and in such a story there will always be those who cannot be trusted much. The main thing is for us to take a closer look at our harem and not quarrel over a girl who is a non-love interestin. In such games, sometimes you need enemies that for some reason Mc will interact, for the sake of tension, the main thing is to give the game time.
Just a thought, but it might help to put a little space on the Relationship screen, between portraits of the girls who can be part of the harem, and the ones who can't and/or "not love interest" ones? This would maybe reduce confusion and the number of "what do you mean X isn't part of harem" posts down the road.
Srsly, this being your 4th game and 4th run in with the NTR fallout, you really should know better at this point.

we already thought about that, but we decided against, just because we wanted the player to be uncertain what to expect.
If we already reveal which person will end in a harem, it would take a lot of "excitement to figure out" out of the game.
I wouldn't even dare to tell these details about megan , if it was not for clarify things just because some over here take non-canon-stuff as "part of the story"
