There isn't any. You get some extra renders based on options you choose in game (generally associated with checking out or otherwise perving on girls) and a few extra scenes unlocked by clicking on underwear pieces in some renders.
Dude, Dots' previous game had a gorgeous blonde milf named Ashley, who did stuff, looots of it with loooots of random guys prior to the MC's arrival in Sunshine Bay, it was clearly mentioned in the story. She was a pretty shitty mother too, and somehow, due to popular demand, she became an LI with her own ending. Thinking about it storywise, I'm almost 100% sure she was supposed to be a one-stand or FWB material at best, and ppl voiced their preference for her to become an LI leading to her actually becoming one, despite the writer's initial plans for her.
My point is, it's not you, the writer, Dots, or anyone else except the majority of the fans who decide if she does or does not become an LI. It's business, my man, not human trafficking or RL pimping, ffs. Like I said in my previous reply, most ppl who complain about that scene wouldn't even bat an eye to it if you told us she had a past, was a 'good fuck' and kept it at that. Nobody expects a rich asf, drop-dead gorgeous woman like her to be a virgin or to struggle to get men's attention, for obvious reasons, but the way you portrayed her there, doesn't make Megan look like a strong-minded, smart mob boss lady or whatever the fuck she supposed to be, it only makes her a cheap, dumb slut who was lucky enough to inherit her shady daddy's dirty money. We didn't see Ashely get fucked on-screen by anyone else except the MC, that's why your supporters and fans liked her enough to want her to become an LI, and maybe they'd like Megan to become one too, why not ?? They pretty compatible and have a lot of things in common, if you ask me. Why kill her character for a few extra bucks before you see how popular she can become ??
The excuse 'technically, she ain't an LI, so it's ok to see her get dicked by other guys' is soo old, dumb and annoying, it makes me laugh my ass off whenever I see a dev use it to defend his obvious intentions. If MrDots want NTR in his game, it's fine by most of us, but he should be completely honest and upfront about it, not hide behind cheap excuses, tho I do think it'd be better if he released a new, NTR-only porn game for that, if the technicalities involved ain't a problem.
Like I said there's no need to antagonize or kill her character like that for the plot or whatever other reason like that, when an idiot like D'Amico was in SL can get the job done at least as good as she does. It was painfully obvious there's more to her than meets the eye, but that slut showing off the goods at the tattoo parlor could be thrown under the bus too. There's no need to do that to an attractive, supposedly smart, strong, independent and interesting woman like Megan that seems to be pretty important to the story. Just sayin'. At the end of the day, it's your guys' decision to make what you want to do with your game, but don't act surprised if ppl keep complaining about it or drop their support.

Pretty sure Ashley's role wasn't in any way influenced by people's postings. And for what's worth, the single optional scene of her having sex with MC's father (in a flashback) had quite a few of those people lose their goddamn minds over it "because they never wanted to see that".
Victor might be an asshole and they are setting it up so we don't feel guilty for sleeping with Vivian, but honestly, is he wrong here?

For now, we are still in "adjusting" and "finding" state. Not everything we intend to establish is going accordingly right now. But that was to be expected. We are happy that the changes we did are already that obvious (like changes in writing style). We still need to adapt to the new way of our workflow and how we decide about certain stuff....
But once that's done, we try STEAM release as soon as possible.
