Ok, adding in the genre limitation complicates it a bit (and obviously you can easily limit it down in just about any way to make Third Crisis the only game that'd fit) but here are some I can recall with a similar amount (from memory, not counting scenes out individually) of content fully free / delayed free. I'll also note that I'm note going to comment on their individual development issues.

Lilith's Throne
Girl Life
(My) Tuition Academia
Corruption of Champions (1 and 2)
Trials in Tainted Space
Latex Dungeon (Advance mostly here, kinda remake as well)
Raven's Quest
Slut Craft
New Body New Life (remake)

I could go through to find more, but the point is that there are a lot of them out there. Whether they fit your preferences for gameplay, art, or other themes is a different story obviously.

I stopped playing the game like I think a year ago to let some backlog build up for a fresh playthrough and to take a peek at how the peito questline has developed and while it's generally still very nice in that it's still the content I enjoyed last time around, there's some things that immediately jumped out at me. There were two graphical glitches, one around a cliff and one around a tree that I saw when going through the prologue, the wet vibrosuit did not actually account for lacking panties/bra. Which I would have accepted for the coffee scene because yeah, there's no reason for Jenna to take them off at that point even if you can, but leaving the base without finding underwear, specifically something that gives an achievement and then still seeing underwear in the rain? Meh.
And finally two things with quests, the early Throb quests somehow get linebreaks in the name when the quest pops up in the top left, so that there's just
Throb'
s request sth sth.
And the Fuck my Man quest on the questboard in the bar is just another "Eliminate the Enimies!" on the board before it turns into Fuck My Man in your mission log after you accept it.
Plus not being a fan of the "move Jenna on the cock" minigame in the Peito route because it just doesn't really appeal to me, I'm not too jazzed on this new playthrough. I'll probably still go further and then see how things progressed after I stopped somewhere when I think the androids were introduced. But it's not a good feeling on the new run.
Edit: Aaaaand freeze during the slum fight on the third patrol with throb. The slum rat with scissors and that dildo? in her other hand apparently can't decide what to do, so the fight is going nowhere.
Edit-2: And there's the "game freezes when you try to end the game on the main menu. Yeah, bad impression after a year of work on the game.

Noxian Nights - Nope. Great, but outdated.
Lilith's Throne - can't this one.
Girl Life - can't find this one.
(My) Tuition Academia - probably didn't spent much time in it.
Corruption of Champions (1 and 2) - mostly text based.
Trials in Tainted Space - text based.
Latex Dungeon (Advance mostly here, kinda remake as well) - this one is strange.
Raven's Quest - total amount of graphical content not really impressive. Thought i agree that's game is good.
Slut Craft- this one is good i agree. Thougth no gameplay at all. More like gallery+story.
New Body New Life (remake) - Not handmade content based on Illusion studio images. 3 sceenes. Very promising probably.

Thougth i agree that's pretty personal for me. For example Treasures of Nadia is great basically best in art quality, but not in setting i like and with blunt gameplay.
Third crisis has good optional corruption system. Story is good. Tactical combat and lot lot of sceenes with really good quality and inque art style. That's my points.

Like I said, if you start limiting it down to only specific themes, content, and such you can make your point of "Only this game has x amount of content" . If you eliminate all primarily text based, fair enough if that's your preferences but there's a hell of a lot of content in some (mostly) text only games.

Lilith's throne, mostly text based, so probably not for you.
Girl life, Real world images, so might not be your preferences as well.

As a note, the new search function on this site in the latest updates is really quite good, since you can search the games by title now.

Regardless, I've going to leave it as a difference in opinion at this point between us to not get farther off topic here.

After scrolling through the thread a bit it looks like the new build updates get posted on the thread pretty infrequently, Pretty much just have to wait and hope till someone is nice enough to post it.

Nope. I lurk multiple spots waiting for anything, but with this game in particular I dont see it get leaked out as often as others.

very strange moment. cuz 0.39 was leaked one week after the release date but 0.40 is more than one month away

anyway we will get 0.40 sooner or later cuz the developer is a good person and opens public access some time after release (0.39 is already public without any leaks)

Third Crisis - 0.41.0

Original post has been updated now, I have removed the old links here.

Changelog
  • Added six animations to replace old placeholder images for Throb Patrols and Klaus Reveal scenes.
  • Added new animation to replace placeholder art in first townhall enter cutscene.
  • Added a new scene to the Porn Actress route.
  • Modified dialogue for Klaus Reveal scenes to make more sense with the new visuals.
  • Fixed Christmas Outfit not being layered properly.
