I suspect that's why 95 went that route. And in case anyone wonders why the 17.x updates are separate, that's also to help players keep the data volume low. No point downloading the full game every 2 weeks. That's how often the updates are coming.

the problem imo is that they didn't list it as 17.2 patch they just list it as 17.2 which makes you assume thats the current version and the text makes it seem like se releases below is some sort of xmas version or something

don't think so since 17.2 is just update file and also you need .1 too and both will be incl. in 18.0.
