well let's be honest. then this is the right game for him because in this game it's harder not have sex that have sex. the girls in this game jump on you all the time even after you have pushed them away.

What a shame, why even give options if they ultimately don't matter?
As beautiful as the characters are, the rest of this is just a mess. After catching up with the latest chapter I feel like I've been pigeonholed to be a brainless nutjob that exists for the sole purpose of fucking up everyone else's life. Nobody respects the MC, even the women who sleep with him are either doing it as a power play, sympathy, manipulation or to fuck with his head. Allegedly there are only going to be two more chapters even though there have been a bunch of story offshoots still being created.
Also, how's this MC only have 1 teacher?
Honestly, the more I try to figure things out the more inconsistencies and plot holes emerge... I tried to ignore most of this but after seeing the dev freak out over some feedback and delete their account here, I think I'm just going to have to stop supporting on Patreon and forget about this game and leave, maybe this is why MC's Mom left?
At least now I don't have to constantly try to figure out why Naomi's hands look so bad. Such a shame too, Mira and Sienna might be two of my favorite renders.

If i understood right there should be 7 episodes. However the best person to confirm this is dev himself.

Well MC was all fine and cool until mom left. After mom left he became self conflicted, he pushed away his gf and imo he started to act all confused and discover certain things about his mom. I think she was depressed about some patient if i'm not mistaken. Plus you also have to take into account that his dad wasn't there for him because money and some company is more important than your own son. Besides Damon MC didn't have anyone to relly on when his mom left, if she left since there's suicide theory.
As for Naomi i don't think she's a bad girl however i do dislike her. Ever since she returned she simply made things worse. On one hand i'm glad that they had closure on the other i think it would be best if she stayed away. Like they're done and there's nothing to fix.

I think you are missing an important part here, to me he was self centered before that. MCs dream he has when Mira comes to stay the night. GF: "have you spoken to your mom about her patient?" "Is she still having trouble sleeping?" MC: "Mom is worried about a patient, mom is having trouble sleeping?" It's not that MC doesn't love his mom, it's just that he doesn't pay attention to what is going on in his moms life. GF and mom had a lot closer relationship & GF has tried to talk to MC a few times about him & his moms relationship.
My theory with mom is that she has fallen in love with this patient. Father is a workaholic & only cares about his company, sons life is moving on, he's attending university & he doesn't seem to care that much about what is going on in her life. I believe mom has been working closely with this patient and developed feelings for him or her and has left to be with them.

I don't know, I think there is a fine balance about how long you keep a game going. Five episodes seems fine to me, I really like Being a DIK but it's beginning to be streched out a bit too long.

I agree. It feels like we barely scratched the surface with most of the characters. The last update felt like we were finally moving out of the introduction phase when the first two updates felt like they were primarily used to setup everything else. Third update was solid, but was giving more questions than answers. We just got a decent cliffhanger last update and felt like the ball was finally starting to roll. Plus there are still several things left to be explained or revealed and I question the development of certain characters who were primarily absent for most of the last two updates.
It's more complicated than that. You always have to remember that mom is psychiatrist. So she's a doc and there are certain things that involves doctor-patient relationship that she simply can't talk about. So those certain things stay between doc and patient. So even if MC asked mom what's going on, what could mom say? On the other hand he only started asking questions about mom once she left. So whether it is Damon or even Penny. And i do agree with you, i also think she fallen in love with that patient. I also have this one theory that MC might be adopted. Otherwise what kind of mother would leave her own child or what kind of father would choose money and some company before his own kid.

Even if the mom is under confidentiality, that is only about her patients, she still can talk about the problems she has, what is bothering her etc. If she doesn't use any personal data, which can be used to identify the patient, she can also talk about what is bothering her with her work, really no need to go too deep into the patients history.
I'm more curious why she does take this patient so personal.
More than enough of these kind of parents/family/other relatives exists irl.
Honestly i really don't care for the why, the way how the mother left it is unforgivable, just leaving without any notice and never giving a sign of life afterwards.
The only reason which could justify that is if she has been kidnapped, was hold at gunpoint or so and since she has left she is effectifly a hostage...
I really hope we will see her again, just so we can give her a boot in her ass and telling her to fuck off and never come back....but seeing this MC he probably gives himself the blame for everything, seems to be the running theme here...
As for the self centered part:
Sure he is, but than again he was what, 17/18 or so. I think most teens in that age are more focused on themself, school, love life etc. than on their parents problems...probably thought something like, 'ah well probably had a bad day at work' or something like that and if the mother doesn't talk with him how should he know she has trouble sleeping ?
Also as an outsider it is sometimes easier to spot certain things.
I think MC acted pretty normal for his age, how close his gf Naomi is with his mother is more out of the norm.
How Naomi is treating her own adoptive parents is way more shity than what we saw from the MC imo.
But i was honestly surprised that are only 2 episodes are left, it feels like we are just out of the introduction phase.
So many things are hanging in the air, most relationships are just starting not to mention characters like Penny which barely got any attaintion at all in the last episodes...
No idea how the dev plans to solve all of the LI troubles and relationship building in just 2 episodes without it feeling very rushed.

Only problem is that she doesn't want to talk about it. So whether it is her son or, if i'm not mistaken, Penny when she was on that meeting. In other words even if she stayed long enough and MC started asking questions about her job/patients i doubt that she would tell anything.
On this one i actually agree. I would gladly give her middle finger, tell her she's dead and go f herself and never come back. As for the other part of the answer i might be wrong. I guess i didn't see those things happening. I expirianced people divorcing when things don't work out but i can't remember even once where parrents left their kids for affair, money or something similiar. That's why i presumed that MC might be adopted since both of his parrents left him. Shows how much i don't know things about life.
Totally agree. They show love and want to spend some time with Naomi but boy does that girl have some attitude. I personally dislike her from the begining.
Me to bro. I thought this would be long term project. And with all of the things that happend in episode 4 i also wonder how does the dev plan to solve everything till episode 7. I do hope that he'll reconsider but doubt it. It's a shame for such fenomenal game.
I just hope he does have a way to end it & it dosn't seem rushed. Also, Question: What girl are you pursuing? I didn't mean to 100% but i'm pursuing Ada & Mira, hoping I can still drop Mira & keep her as a friend.
