This about solved it, thanks.Looking at your background I don't see any captives, the 'cells' don't refer to the cages but to the "free range" captives.
lair.cells[1].permavirgin = true
would turn the captive in spot 1 (index start at 0) into a permavirgin, but she don't exist.
