Resolution is 2560x1440. I've tried changing my display resolution and refresh rate. In game I've tried different resolutions windowed and fullscreen and it always looks blurry.
Im playing same resolution on a 60inch screen and it is not blurry at all! Something in your setting probably. By the look at it your image also looked cropped, so there is some trouble down there too!
Download the game, go offline/disconnect the cable, disable the antivirus, unzip and then you can play the game.

No BS, I LITERALLY have that DVD sitting in my DVD collection like 8 feet away from me right now! I didn't really think anyone else knew about it! If I remember right, there's 3 Ilsa movies. I only own Ilsa: She Wolf of the S.S., though... I'm not a Nazi or anything, and I'm not into torture really, but Dyanne Thorne is SOOOOO hot!
I once saw a picture of Dyanne Throne in this SS-Uniform and had to watch the movie . (I just like busty blond milfy/mature women ) Seeing her in the SS-Uniform just gives her authority to submit. In general the portrayal of women in Wehrmachts or Waffen-SS uniforms are somehow sexy (imho). [This has nothing to do with Nazi or anything, just the design of the uniform was very stylish (produced by HUGO BOSS )]
Ilsa, she-wolf of the SS is a trashy B or C wannabe porn-movie and in my opinion the best one of the Ilsa collection (total of 4 movies ). In the later ones Dyanne did not have much nude scenes as in the first one, and the later movies just repeat the setting of a busty dominant women and torture. All movies are actually stand-alone movies with some reference to the first one or they just use the name "Ilsa" for fan-service.
In comparison between of some well-known torture movies like Hostel or Saw, the Ilsa movies are somehow funny and laughable. But if you think Hostel or Saw are heavy during torture scene, than you haven't seen Martyrs (original french version, not the cheap Hollywood remake for kids).
I was not able to finish the movie, because the torture scenes were to heavy and I had to look away. After 20min - 30 min into the movie I stopped the madness. Totally shocked and sicked to the guts by the virtualization of torture and psycho-horror elements. Since that day I never watched a french psycho-horror movie anymore. (@El bacca Del Chew you french movie-makers are sick! )
