Both. There's new content added to what's already there, along with a whole new updates worth of content that picks up where we left off.

Considering the last update was like in May 27, which is like 3 months ago, I'm sure they are going to deliver with a big one this weekend. Looking forward to it since it's gonna be massive.

Mostly all true, except more fluent animation, we have redone some but not all, in a short period like this it would have be impossible with the gear i have guys, there is almost 2 years of work in the game that we correct, we dont actually have the rendering power that some other have unfortunatly!! BUt stay tune, it will be great!

The animation has been extremely fluent on my PC, so I'm not bothered at all that there will be less chances for an upgrade. It's quality enough as it is IMO.

Same here, I just want them to be more stable, sometimes i get animation lag, which is annoying when Juli is doing her thang.

Italian and other language packs will not work with Revamp 1.0. Translators will have to translate the game again - or part of the game.

There is a machine translated version Last year I even stated to make my own translation but I dropped it because it was horrible. Glad I dropped it, because dialogues got a revamp too.
