If you installed the 32bit version of the game, then you need to install 32bit (x86) version of Visual C++ 2015 as well (for 64bit version of the game you need x64 of C++ 2015). As soon as you have a newer version like 2017 or 2019 of Visual C++ installed, you need to uninstall them, then install 2015 and after that you can install version 2017 and 2019. This will fix your white screen problem.
Are you using a 64bit OS? If you're not, that's the cause of your error as 32Bit systems can't actually use 64bit programs.
I meant a secondary girl, like not one of the main ones, as for the guys, I just don't like when any other guy fucks one of the main girls, doesn't matter if he's like a second MC, I just don't like it

I don't think Bacon and Julz fucking would work, there's already too much between Julz and MC (however 3-somes or 4-somes would work).Therefore, if a male character in the game is not a rival/enemy but an ally/friend I have no fucking problem sharing "my girls" with him, which I would never do in real life if it was my girlfriend/wife.
Why am I writing all this? Because I don't mind at all sharing with Bacon. Damn, I wouldn't mind him fucking the other ladies: he is my buddy, my pal, my friend, a nice guy. I didn't mind sharing with Marcus from DoD either, for example. I was still winning in the game and he was helping me do it

That's not actually NTR (netorare), that's netori, when you take a girl from someone else. But yeah, fighting to get the girls and/or keep them can be interesting, I'm just not interested in seeing an other guy (any other guy, be it a friend or an enemy) fucking with someone I'm currently in some kind of relationship with. If I fight to get the girl, it's not to share her with anyone
