The Patreon updates aren't anything substantial and they haven't been for a good while. Ditto his Discord comments.
We don't know how many completed renders there are, where he's at with the coding, or real sense of the progress that has been made in the last 18 months or anything resembling an ETA.
Usually what happens is, he'll talk a while about some tiny problem that he had to work out with morphs or assets that took him several days, how he's figured it all out and how he could have ignored this, by fixing it now, it'll improve future productivity by 40%. Maybe he'll talk a little about how in the future he hopes to implement XYZ feature and how that'll open up another dozen wonderful possibilities for the player, but he won't go into detail for fear of spoilers. And then maybe he'll post a generic image of a female character standing in a nondescript hallway. Or he'll do a special render of one of the princesses in another dress or perhaps modern clothing. Rinse and repeat two weeks later.
It's really not worth stressing out about his patreon, you're not missing anything.
