In all honesty I aways use this one myself (works the easiest in Chrome, Firefox has some extra actions you need to take). Just be careful, it's easy to miss out on events / scenes this way.

Hi, as said above, talk to Sarah in de bedroom in the evening, but you also need the First Anal Fuck! achievement. Hope it helps.

Be there around 7.

So all you have to do that, travel with your car to Christels house, option only available after 6pm.
