I'm not sure what's up with this game. The game-window is fighting me. Switching to borderless fullscreen shrank the game window to tiny and then trying to stretch it out manually had it get flung off my desktop entirely. Sometimes the game window opens a second game window by itself. The defaul volume is about 400% what it needs to be. Alt-tabbing out of the game-window seems to break it.
It just looks like it really doesn't know how to handle actually functioning.

Then I get actually into game and the first impression is that, the game is somehow eating 70% of my CPU and causing the fans on my computer to start screaming even louder than when i'm playing Elden Ring and a phone-call with the most unnatural-sounding english voice-acting i've ever heard while I have to field timed replies while trying to work out why it's acting like this.

I'm still gonna play it to see how it actually plays, but this isn't a great first impression.

Oh, and is the protagonist crippled or something? What's with that move-speed?
It might just before the tutorial (I hope) but following Emily The Alien into her kitchen was like I was dragging myself along with two broken legs.

Edit: Move-speed issue is fixed immediately, but these bitches are so unlikable.
"Your brother went missing and might be dead. He's been missing for two days on a mountain but we never bothered to call anybody until now, and the only reason we called you was because we need someone to run errands for us. No, forget about your missing brother, go get be coffee."

Man, fuck these bitches.
Not even in a sexy way either. They all just come across as soulless sociopaths.

Like, I understand that this is a porn-game and that the standard gameplay loop is probably going to be to do dumb chores for them in exchange for pussy, but the setup of the game is tonally jarring.
If it had just been "your brother got a call and drove away, and he hasn't come back so we're running out of food and none of us can drive, please come help until he gets back." then that's one thing.

But explicitly stating that he went out hunting and told them that he'd be back that afternoon, only to not be back two days later makes it a much more dire situation.

At that point you call in the police for a search party because he's probably fallen down a ravine and broken his leg, or got mauled by a bear or something.
The game sets things up to imply that your brother is in imminent danger and that you need to go rescue him and then presents you with a bunch of brainless, women who want you to run errands and don't seem concerned about your potentially injured or dead sibling.

It makes them look really unlikable.
Either that's intentional and they're just bad people, or it's an issue of poor writing.

As for why it would shrink when you switch to borderless window I’d say check what your resolution was set as. Although I think your computer might just hate you
Unreal Engine and Unity by default switch between full screen and window mode using alt + enter.
For volume no clue how you managed to get 400 pretty sure they should have some limit in background to max it at 100.

When it comes to CPU usage the thing is Unreal Engine 4 was not really made for open world games and I don’t think they really optimised it that much either. Unreal engine 5 handles it a lot better however unlikely they’ll upgrade game to it it’s not exactly old hardware friendly.

When it comes to slow walking all I can say is sure was somewhat slow walking speed during opening however to be honest I’ve seen slower walking people in real life. After that you can just sprint doesn’t have any stamina limitations. And you soon unlock car so can just drive around for the most part.

When it comes to voice they’re Taiwanese which honestly probably very difficult to find a decent voice actor for English there and probably didn’t want to pay someone outside their country to do it so it ends up with that. You can switch it to their native audio to see if you find it any better.

Resolution is correct, it's just fucking about because it's badly made.

No, it's at 100%, but 100% is four times louder than anybody could possibly want it to be. I've got the game setting on 20% and my speakers themselves on 4% and that's still what the full volume in a normal game or show would be.
The default setting is just to blast the shitty title music at you loud enough that you go deaf and the people down the street can hear it.

No, it was just the opening. In regular gameplay it's fine, but in that 'follow to the kitchen' scene you crawl along at like 30% of your normal speed with no option to sprint.
After that it was fine.

Yeah, I did that. Couldn't leave it on English audio.
honestly, they shouldn't have even bothered dubbing it if they're gonna do a dub-job that badly. Might as well not waste the money.

Real talk though, I did try to shoot Vera as soon as I found the handgun. Her walking in on my discussion with emily about my missing brother to bitch at me about coffee just really rubbed me the wrong way.
Is murder an over-reaction here? Probably.
Good thing max sprung for bulletproof glass in every window, I guess.

Just use fullscreen. Work fine for me. As for the voice acting. I suggest switching to Japanese or Chinese voice since it sounds much better than English VA.

Any worth playing this? Plan to buy on steam, trying to support any dev as much as possible. but the mixed review kinda put me on a fence.

The gameplay is basically just a bunch of fetch quests. There's also some activities you can do like hunting, cooking, and dress-up but they're not fully fleshed out yet. The dialogue is pretty slow and the game is still buggy. The main draws of the game are the beautiful models and the free-camera sex scenes. Those make the game pretty worth in my opinion. You'll also need a good PC to run it at a decent frame rate.

Pirate the game and see for yourself.
If you think it's good, buy it. If not, delete and forget about it.

At the moment, i'd say no.

So apparently this game is way heavier than Red Dead Redemption 2 since the game won't start and keep mentioning that my PC doesn't meet the specification required to run this garbage.

Well to be fair RDR2 system requirments are 2 generations smaller then for this game.
Indie games overall always tend to be less optimised then say AAA titles especially those that have been out for years. Like I've mentioned before there is only so much one can do on an engine that isn't really made for what they want to create. In this case it refers to Unreal Engine 4 not really being made in mind for creating open world games that may have slightly changed in the past updates however primarily Unreal Engine 5 is focused on creating said games although it seems to hate old hardware.
Give an indie millions in budget and even they'll be able to create something special ... well in most cases or they'll just pack it and call it a day like some have done in the past.
