Yes this game is complete, I don't think the dev had any plans to add any more to it. If there is ever anymore content it will most likely come from a player made mod, assuming someone does one at some point. also there is an ending to the game it just doesn't end and lets you keep playing.

It's a bit misleading to call it complete, because while it did reach the end of the "1.0" content, the dev started making postgame content and then abandoned the game partway through. This results in the story coming to an abrupt stop with major things left unresolved. So it's kind of an "abandoned after completion" thing.

Has anyone gotten Noelle to show up at the pool party? When I try she is invisible/isn't there. Is there some trigger I'm missing? You're still able to engage with her if you select through Taylor to have a threesome, but you can't see her when you do it.
