I don't understand their obsession with pixel animation, there is very little arousing about looking down on small low definition people having sex.
And worst of all it just makes me think of what could be, a proper sex scene with a mermaid guard or nurse could be very gratifying.

1: Developer doesn't pay for it (thanks King for putting in the time)
2: Developer doesn't need to really come up with any story elements for it, so it saves time too.
3: Dev can pad the changelog so it looks like the game is still worth supporting.
4: Dev doesn't need to fix any issues with artists not being on time/bad artstyle and so on.
5: Did I mention the dev doesn't pay for it?

Jesus Christ, every time I come into this thread I immediately want to leave again. Can't you people just be happy with what you have for five minutes?
Not to mention barely any of you are clever enough to navigate a search bar and seem to think this is some sort of problem solving hotline, it beggars belief.

That said, the fact that 90% of comments are about how to do certain stuff or asking for saves is annoying. There should be a separate thread for that.

People wouldn't use it, as it requires them to read the instructions from the OP or Sticky Threads on the main page... or simply the Forums rules they so willingly agreed upon... without reading them ofc

Decent constructive conversation about the game that isn't "this is shit" or "how do I do this easy thing that someone else already asked for last page" or "give me your save, I can't be bothered to actually play this game" would be a fucking start, honestly. Just pretty tiresome to see the same shit over and over.

Not trying to start something, but nobody is forcing you to see the thread, if you're so tired of seeing it, you can just ignore it. At this point you're complaining about people complaining, which also doesn't really add much. I can agree that seeing people spaming for saves for android can be annoying but meh, it's not like by saying something to them is gonna change their ways, people are lazy and never use the search function.
constructive criticisim you say, it kind of has been done by the people saying that instead of geting the pixel sex animations they should be done as actual animations. that echo scenes should have been used to pad content along with updates not be half of a monthly update. some question what is the thought process of Siren when deciding why use pixel instead of animations, we had one of the pixel animators even chip in, I think that is more than just saying "this is shit"

Not to mention, most of the voice 'acting' is just moans anyway, why pay for it?

Yup, but one of them is just starting. I feel like, though, that when it's clear that the quality is getting worse and worse, that one of them should be put on hold until the issues are worked out. I get that there can be hold up on the art side, but come on, it's a miniscule amount of effort either way. Seriously, there used to be just 2 scenes every 2 months - thats 1 drawing every 30 days. I haven't played the new update, but sounds like one of the scenes was even just a recolouring of an old one, which is even worse than the already very sparse amount of content we got.
I don't understand why people spend their money this way, but that's up to them I guess.
you guys do who is complaining that this game is shit , do you even pay for this game? i have seen worse games than this and its being paid. but this guy is posting for free and only asking for donations.. if u want to complain to his patreon and post your complaints not here

Well atleast one of those is close to being completed as ZR is pretty much heading for "completed" within the next 3-5 Updates I suppose... as long as s/he doesn't add more bonus content to the next releases... and this one is getting closer aswell.
only lust route still needs some quests and probably a conclusive "Bossbattle".
Site characters from Valencia might be added after game was completed to keep it going for a few more updates.
You can complain about stuff without paying for it.
Problem is when the endings are shit
