If I remember correctly, you'll have to use the Slice from the inventory while standing on the right tile.

Notes:
-Go to mansion to replay scenes
-Packed with config and global for easy save transfer
-I'll try to update this post as soon as public version is released (for stability reasons, but it's rare for Siren games)

For the actual 'incest' you have to name her 'Mom' and not 'Mary'. The game confirm it with 'I understand'
If you don't want to start all over again. Go to the cheat rock south east of your home and type 'SirenSez'

You have to name her Mom not Mother (instead of Mary). If you do so the option to give them roles doesn't show up.
It also changes the dialogues the intended (incest) way
