post on BBQDaisuki's patreon that there is indeed an official english translation. And it's completely done already. (That post is for an old version, but he does confirm the final update is fully translated and already available.) It's just only available as a patch to those who have purchased the game. I think it's meant as "people that have purchased it already, get the english version for free. So any further sales that want the english can just get that.
(google translated) "I'm working on a new uncensored patch. When the English version is released, anyone who has already purchased it will be able to get a free copy of the English version, so please feel free to do so."
Does not read like "you gotta buy this, then be able to get english somewhere else". There are already quite a few games with multiple listings for seperate languages, so i'd guess it's like that. Probably going to be a seperate english listing and people that have either of the current versions will get the english one either directly for free or a -100% coupon.
I think the reason he did it like this is because he wants to have the sales, reviews, and popularity rankings all one on entry. In some of the first posts where he verified an official English translation, he talked about how he did separate Japanese/Chinese releases for his first game and that hurt the sales. DLSite's recommendations algorithm goes off of popularity and the popularity of the first game was split between the different language versions.
DLSite doesn't let you add a new language version to an already posted game for some reason. So, he made it a patch for the Japanese version to keep the sales all in one place to capitalize off of the algorithm so the game would get more attention. Since Japanese, Chinese, and English speakers would all just buy the same one release. And he can't just add an English version later for aforementioned reasons.
So, he did it like this. He just advertised the presence of an english patch very, very poorly.
Good news, though. There's somebody on ULMF who does own the japanese version of the game. From their testimony, it's unclear if the eng translation is given through email, private message, or some other when asked for, or if you actually need to be a patron to get the official english patch.

Apparently, the actual status of the translation could only be ascertained by reading comments all over different posts on the patreon. Partly due to miscommunication between BBQDaisuki and the translator on the progress of the translation. Translation for base game before big update is done, but the full translation isn't done, yet.
BBQDaisuki said the full translation will be released sometime in October. So, this month.

I just checked back in on this thread randomly after someone liked my post on the front page. If an official translation patch is released, anyone feel free to quote this post and let me know. Since I bought the game and I check F95 almost every day, I can get you a link pretty quick. Otherwise I won't because I'm not really interested in the game anymore and don't normally keep up with this thread.

I'm downloading the latest version now. It's 3 Gigs and split in 3 parts so it will be a while before I post it here.
I usually upload to Mega since it's one of the few sites that give reasonable download speeds. Is there a reason you would want Mediafire instead?

That's how you know your porn addiction has gotten out of hand. I tried Mediafire but it was just as gross as I remember. Who wants to watch ads and fake download links just for the right to download a file at kb/s? I hope AnonFile works for you.
These are unedited and untranslated files directly from dlsite of version 1.10 released Aug/06/2021. The 3 GB game is split into 3 files. The first is an exe which extracts the split archive. Again, dlsite does this, not me.
