Looks like Together translations have released a translation for yume same on their patreon. 5$ paywall, so it's either that or wait for a link from someone.

That's fantastic since playing Parade Buster with and without the translation was like night and day, glad I held off playing this until a real translation is done.

First you need to download the latest version of the game (1.10) which can be found somewhere on anime-sharing.
Then you need to use a special program for unzipping rpgwolf games data.
And finally, install the translation.
As you may have noticed, the translation is not yet complete.
We have to wait 3-4 months.
this is the result of DXExtract after a few minutes, arc-Converter and DXADecode only open a window for a fraction of a sec before closing without anything else happening
Download DXADecodeW.zip.
Unzip to the main game folder.
With left-click drag data.wolf onto DXAdecode.exe.
Wait.
Delete data.wolf
Install translation
