Can you pass me the links to Translator++ 4.9.28 crack?, as they are down and I want to start translating projects to help translate projects that others want!

So which version do you recommend? right now I installed the 5.3.31b from the Russians page, is that the good one or another? the version I found has all the addons and much more, but I do not know if it has a crack or something but if it is functional so far I have tried it although I am new I have not used very complex functions. and what is the function of the run translator?

If you use the normal executable to start Translator++ 4.9.28 you will get a "you are banned" popup and your profile will be deleted.
The bat prevents the executable from checking whether or not you are banned and just lets you start anyway.

Translator++ has it's problems in general, whenever Dreamsavior fixes something, he breaks something else. It really depends what you are trying to translate.
If you just want to translate RPGM games (not wolf, wolf never worked properly), then there's no real benefit to the newer versions, because basically all the new updates are about Dreamsavior's attempts at other engines. (And still failing at wolf, it still doesn't work properly in the latest version.)

It also depends if you are using custom scripts or not.
Currently custom scripts seem to be randomly broken in the public version. (5.3.31b, all versions with b at the end are the public ones.)
Sometimes they just refuse to execute even though the code is correct and works in other versions.

In case you have no clue what I mean with custom scripts, as an easy example, let's say you are using Red Sugoi, you batchtranslated to Initial, and you are tired of manually putting in the replace orders to get rid of the unk placeholders scattered everywhere.

You would instead select everything, right-click, run custom script, on row level, and then put in:

this.cells[1] = this.cells[1].replaceAll("<unk>", "");

(Obviously quite the overkill to use a script just for 3 replacers, but you get the idea.)

If that is something you do not use or care about, then there's not much reason to still use 4.9.28.

How did you guys learn to troubleshoot and track down problems with what you're doing in Translator++? I've spent the last day trying to get up and running since I'd planned on doing the batch first, running through to make sure everything worked, and then doing some editing after to tidy up since it only had an old Google MTL in its thread.

Things went fine, RedBatch and RedSugoi helped a lot and I did an offline Sugoi TL with my GPU, I fixed the few broken name tags and other things I saw, but now I legitimately can't find what's triggering my current script errors - even going down to only injecting one singular map with an H-scene, on a completely clean game, causes a crash - and there's no script in that map that I can see.

The error is Script 'VXAce_SP1' line 127: NoMethodError occured. undefined method 'empty?' for9:Fixnum. I'd also had a previous one for 8:Fixnum that I got past by flipping my saves to the JP version to try and figure it out, and that map also didn't have any noticeable script errors. I have noticed that these crashes only happen on scene transitions to full H-scenes which is puzzling.

I pulled out VX Ace and even looked directly at VXAce_SP1 in my modified version and the clean game, and they're the exact same.

That error "usually" doesn't actually refer to a broken VXAce.SP1. It "usually" means that a part of an order towards it got lost/broken.
That the MTL either deleted a bit of the input or severed parts of the formatting.

That there's suddenly a space between a \ and something else, that a \ is missing completely, that there's a missing number at the end of a string and the MTL instead put it in the middle or something like that. Or in case you didn't use reddo's "prepare project for machine translation" button, that one of the EVxxx lines got changed.
Lastly it could also just be Translator++ fucking up, you can never rule that out. It might be that you need to use the legacy parser for some of the files.

Hard to tell from that error alone, if you export me your project as .tpp file, tell me the Translator++ version you used, give me a source for the matching game version you used, and a save file right before one of the crashing events, I'll fix it for you.

Just for someone curious what the issue was.
Translator++'s parser failed and for some reason did not properly re-insert previously saved values.
For example an entry that was supposed to say:

@>Show Picture: 1, '009', Upper Left (0,0), (100%,100%), 0, Normal
Instead only said:
Code:
@>Show Picture: 1, ", Upper Left (0,0), (100%,100%), 0, Normal
Which then crashed the game during that event.

I am trying to use Sugoi with Cuda and when I patch sugoi, it makes it so the servers close immediately, CPU or GPU. Sugoi works fine before I patch, just slow because it is using my CPU. So what is bricking Sugoi is obviously the patch.

Nevermind, using basic reading comprehension I found that I just needed to go to the file it told me about, replace np.float with np.float64 and that solves the issue.
I get this error right before it closes

AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'float'.
`np.float` was a deprecated alias for the builtin `float`. To avoid this error in existing code, use `float` by itself. Doing this will not modify any behavior and is safe. If you specifically wanted the numpy scalar type, use `np.float64` here.

Basically if you use custom scripts, or you plan on using custom addons, 4.9.28 is better.
If you don't, 5.3.31b is better.
Do you happen to have a fresh DeepL Translator Ver.0.6.3. I use DeepL Translator Ver.0.5 taken from the Russian version of Translator++_4.8.31_x64_admin, on the new Translator++_5.3.31B_x64_[4a44d9ef], everything works, but I would like the latest version of DeepL Translator Ver.0.6.3, if you bought for 500 points, you can share the files in www/addons/transDeepl/ ?

Still interested in JSON Parser 0.2

I'm sorry, but I don't have it. I don't have any up to date Translator++ stuff atm.
I also do not know which addons have drm right now. (Whether or not they are directly tied to your account.)

In case someone is willing to share up to date stuff I would be interested in the addon folders rm2k2k3, rmmv, rmmz, rmrgss, and sugoiTrans, as well.

when im trying to translate it says no handler for engine: please get the latest version of translator ++, does that mean ill have to pay on his patreon?
