you do understand the game has nothing to do with the island but 13 girls which were in-game and were marketed by NLT, that's how he got so many patrons, if there were multiple protagonists it wouldn't be a linear game and there wouldn't be 2 updates per month, it has nothing to do with ego lol.

I had a similar problem. Turns out I skipped an update.
When I downloaded the complete version (79041) it worked okay again.
At least for me.

Game only update every two week. If grind 10 to 20 minute a day between updates can become millionaire quick. No need to play for hours. For me easy way is to go to place where Aloe grow, walk in, walk out, keep doing so many talisman spawn and collect all, sell to Diana using Satellite phone. Or collect nine Jasmine, 9 rosa moss, buy 9 discount bottles of Love Potion from Library, buy 9 basic container from supermarket and craft 9 bottles of massage oil using Offering Prayer to sell to Pricia. Also collect money from safe in back of supermarket accrue from love potion which increase all while in game world. Is very easy to make much money. Catching big fish boring as fuck and took me long time but got $100,000 for big White Shark.
The grind not hard and only seem so if you do for long period each time.
