When you played the game far enough you can collect 4 clover leaves in the jungle. You can combine these at the altar to get a four leaf clover.

Weekly Report
We're 2 days away from the next chapter of Treasure of Nadia which will feature some wild new scenes! It won't be long now before the conclusion of ToN, but do not fret, lots of bonus content is on the way as we prepare to enter into the era of The Genesis Order.
The bonus content will be extra Kamasutra pages that are unlocked by earning 6 hearts and then finding the hidden extra pages. In addition, there will be Evie content, but it's not possible for me to expand on that without spoilers, so I'll just say, it's going to be crazy!

Dunno what folks do with these compressed games but I have a feeling that this is caused by outdated software... extractor ! In normal case there is nothing missing so either this or they getting it from somewhere else... but cry here about it !

They don't even need to fail at compressed/uncompressed, most of them think that going from v75 to v85 without anything in-between will work flawlessly (pro tip : it doesn't)

That IS true and I think a very big chunk of these noodles are failing the way you described here but there is also the fact that some extractors can't handle anymore some type of archives... now let's keep in mind compressed versions are standalone so missing pngs... not very likely at this scale... I'd go they are too lazy to keep their systems apps up-to-date !
