So delete your current game and download Techstar compressed full version !

Weird how my game told me the update is done when I went to the beach and most of the thread is wondering what to do at the beach. Guess we're not playing the same game

Please post more info in the future: Which version are you running? Which platform (pc, phone, online, compressed, etc)? You said you updated; did you update from v.90072 to v.91073 or from which version to which version? These things help the right people to find the correction solution to your problem.
This problem could be the result of several problems: skipping an update if using update only, running a compressed version of the game, unzipping error, copying the files to the wrong directory, and many, many more...
I've found the broken key near the cave in and in the library. I've assembled the shovel. Where are the other 2 broken keys?
I downloaded the Update Only Decrypted, pasted and when I start the game, It's on v90. Why I can't start v91 ?

You need to decompress the v.91 files in the same folder (directory) as v.90 using the option to overwrite all files.
I did that. I am doing that for long period. This is my first time encountering this problem

Because you switched up encrypted - decrypted versions
It does not matter which one you use but choose one and stick with it... OR download every single time the full version ( compressed ) ! These are your choices...
