Chests and keys are 99% always in the new zones you unlock during an update. And you can use the search function since that was answered at least 10 times over the last 50 pages

Check the soul crystal. If you've reached the end of the story content it's probably the booty calls/outfits/kamasutra pages that you're missing. When you check the soul crystal it shows you a counter at the lower part of the screen for those things.I'm stuck at 25%
