For the key for the newest update it's in the lighthouse in the room with the cracked wall that you gotta break with a rock bomb. There's a patch of dry dirt that you can smash with your pickaxe.
The chest is in the bar in the patio area that is unlocked in this update.

I went to appdata and i dont really see a treaure of nadia folder. Also, to avoid gangrape or breaking her, you have to get events for her by working/going out/talking until her favour reaches 100. After that, make sure her lust is below 60 before the day ends by working at church.
