Grinding treasures and plants are still the best way to make cash, just go by the safe everytime you sell your loot.

Edit.
What I ment is you can make cash grinding treasures while the safe amount keeps ticking up so why not do that.

literally just go on the maca plant cave/beach, and go take a shower leaving your UP button pressed (a glass and a pen?), so that you enter/exit automatically from the cave, you'll get 50k in 10 minutes... and you also kinda break the progress somehow too.

What do you mean, you "break the progress"? Do you mean it won't work anymore after that?

I played through everything so far, I have a chest that I have access to on the Maca Beach map hidden in the upper left under some trees but I don't have a key to open it. Are all of the accessible chests unlockable at the moment and I'm just missing where to find the key, or are not enough keys added to the game yet? Thank you.

Key is in caveroom with stairs on southside under stone where roach escape.

Easier if you tell me which one you have,let me see if I remember,2church,1 in Park,1 where you mix stuff,1 where all the stakes pop from floor,1 in cave where you go with kaly and aila,1 before door top where all igredients are,1 after where leopard is,go screen left,

Yes, in this. But this torch you had lit, its nessesary for story.

If you use cheats, you break your game. If you need only scenes from some reason, you can find them in game folder.

I know the update broke the game if the mod was used. I uninstalled everything and started a new game and I'm having the same issue. Is there something else that needs to be removed off PC besides the local saved files?

oCATo post here few time some way to unbug game, try search it.

uninstall and delete the game completely, together with all from path "User Data" in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\User Data.
and install and start the game new.

I've done all the steps and started fresh and still having the same issue. Scenes won't play. Must be missing something to remove.

Have you deleted this folder:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\User Data

User Data have hide files. Try unhide it first.
