If one has collected every broken key, and has used them to craft as many chest keys as possible...how many broken keys should be in their inventory as of v.63121?

You missed an incremental update. Each increment contains only the new images for that upgrade. When you skip an increment the next increment will not fill in any missing images. The previous two updates were issued a couple of hours apart and it is possible you missed it. The first page of this thread has a link for all previous increments. Find the one you are missing and unzip it in the correct folder. This will add the missed images. Don't forget to add each increment after the one you missed, just in case.

Do you "complete" the new booty call? That happened to me once. I had collected a new page but forgot to implement the scene, so I was down a percentage point.

At the end of 63121, you will have 1 broken key if you found them all. It is possible to end at 63% and still have 0 keys in the inventory, as the last one was not needed to make other keys.

As the coin's description states it is used in crafting, it is very likely meant to respawn once used.

Everything you need is in the sewer beneath the library. You need the two eyes to open it at the back right inside the library.

i cant find the second eye. Reading its supposed to be in the cemetery and in the structure...to the left but its not there. I did Diana's last booty call but still nothing. Anyone know what Im missing?
