It's not in the wrong position. Interact with the "weak wall" a bit more and the key will move to the bottom screen where you can pick it up with the grappling hook.

Unrelated but does the incest patch work with this update? I replace the config.set file but I don't get the warning that a file has been altered.

You need to apply each update in order. Do a search on poster oCATo and click on his banner. He keeps a list of them.

You should update the game in proper order.
69%---->71%---->73%
