The first 2 digits in the version number represent the completion % of the game, the next two the month of release, the final which update of that month.

v0.81042

81 = 81% completion
04 = update published in the 4th month (April)
2 = second update of the month

What dahell are you talking. Even the game itself has the incest tag and so far the NLT had done it quite well with MSWMAS (even just only 1 frame in the final)

Incest tag is there cause of the mod(s) some dude(s) are making on the side. If NLT had anything to do with that, game is gone. 2. If it is not then I would have to install the regular version and start from scratch correct.

9 or 10 updates would be May (2 updates for 4%), June (2/4), July (2/4), August (2/4) and September (1 or 2 for the last 3%).
