I went away for awhile and the version went from around 40000 to 85020 Someone plz spoon-feed me and let me know whether the save location can be changed. My hardware of 4 years just fried itself, lost all save and I don't want it to happen again I would like to store save files in the same folder where I put the game in a more secured device

Nope, the game is hardcoded to go look at that 1 place, you can't change anything (unless you think you can out-code NLT). And unless your HDD fails miserably, the rest of your PC melting itself won't change much where your save is

There's plenty of saves floating around the thread/interwebz, you can even go to the cat and enjoy haxed saves that will probably fuck your game

it's a hornet/wasp/bee is/was protecting a 'find' and you need protective gear to get to it ... once done it just stays there
