Kinda? I mean, there is a random rock literally lying on the ground on the first probe planet that gives you more than that. And that's been there for a couple of years now.
Not like you have anything particularly OP to spend that money on for a good long while anyway, IIRC. Probably more relevant for kitting out your spaceship now than anything else.
