There's no doubt that Deb loves MC. There's no doubt that she loves Milly. Those two things go a long way for me. I can understand other players' views on it, though.

Well the wingman in this game, his sister Deb is playing a bit of a weird role in this game and the NTR tag is for her actions. To be honest it is not clear yet whether it will be classic NTR or a weird way of Deb showing her love for MC. We will only know when her role in story becomes more clear and that may well only be in the last episode.

After playing this update I'm even more confused about Deb's role. Julia tells the MC she didn't feel anything for Deb and is only interested in the MC then she breaks off the thing she had with Deb and then everyone pretends that nothing happened. It seems like the dev completely retconed the entire thing with Deb and Julia.
And now about the actual story and not the annoying people in it!
There was some progression (Astrid and Bart arrived, we found out that Bart was in a relationship with Martin and that Kumiko knows Stanford Nelson) but we ended up right where we started (if we believe what Kumiko said) with the hope that the phone numbers will lead somewhere, which I highly doubt. They most likely used disposable cell phones.
Not a big fan of the fair segment in general. It kinda felt like the dev found those assets and just wanted to use them. Like a filler that didn't really bring anything new to the story other than having almost everyone out of the house for a while. Well, we now know that Milly has no gag reflex, so that's something for those who are into her I guess.
Deb didn't undermine the MC and didn't bang anyone for a whole update (I still can't stand her, showing a moment of weakness with Julia won't make up for all the shit she's pulled so far) and although she was once again present in every single event, she toned down her "Debbiness" a bit, at least in my playthrough. It still amazes me how she gets jealous with the MC, even after everything she's done. Maybe she's upset that he didn't send her any pictures or videos...
Now, I'm curious to see, what Kumiko talked about with Astrid, since they are the only ones I'm still interested in (there's also Yuki and Paige who could be interesting, but I thought the same about Julia at first, so it's too early to tell) and why is she so sure about this Nelson guy's innocence. Also, shouldn't they be searching every room in the house for anything unusual? The dude who tried to get in there was obviously looking for something! I don't think he was just trying to peep on Jules...

Wow I didn't even know that. I hate the creepy spy camera shit so I just completely ignored them. I'm guessing the dev was trying to completely change the writing with that stuff but didn't want to go back and rewrite the sex scene. I can see why you said Julia annoyed you in your post and it doesn't make Julia look good at all.
