OK, first off, good on you for cooking this up. HOWEVER, before people do the usual apply-the-ipatch-so-the-dialogue-isn't stupid thing, they should be aware that Tropicali is a bit more self-aware and humor-oriented than your average Patreon-safe "incest" game. The game is aware of the censorship and makes a joke out of it. Like, there's no effort to pretend they aren't siblings, they just live in a world where the word for "sister" is literally "[REDACTED]". Personally I find that hilarious, so I don't really need the patch.

Mio does have a very similar face but she is definitely nothing like Jamie in terms of personality and body. 100% different character. Although the dev hinted there might turn out to be some connection, so she might be a cousin or whatever. I think part of the joke is how she is absolutely unlike Jamie, despite the facial similarities.
