The logic of past events that assumed abandonment has come true.
Unfortunately, so many projects in this sector go to this end and there are very few games that are worth following.
At least this experience teaches that evaluating a game / dev positively from early development is almost always a mistake.

I do appreciate your loyalty towards the Dev. But let me explain why the "Abandoned" prefix fits the current scenario of the game my dumb simping friend.
Lets take the definition "Abandoned: The game has been abandoned (confirmed by the dev) or the developer hasn't posted anything related to the game for at least 3 months. "
The first part holds true ,there is no confirmation from the Dev (definitely no one says no to free money).
Now lets come to the or part "the developer hasn't posted anything related to the game for at least 3 months. "
so the last update was on 2nd february of 2022 and today is 25 May of 2022 so it is 3 month 25 days Total 112 days which is more than 3 month , the Abandoned prefix fits . And if we consider the discord tweet which was on 15 May 2022 which is after the 3 months duration so still how somehow fits the Abandoned prefix.
Now the main question is if I'm a mod what should I consider more legitimate?? a discord tweet or a Patreon post where people pay and subscribe to support the Dev which will put more weight to the criteria .I guess the mod has already made the decision.
But eventually if there is an update next month the abandoned tag will be removed and you'll have your 5 minutes.

You're wrong.
The rule does not talk about uploading a game update, instead the rule talks about "post[ing] anything related to the game" and doesn't specify where this needs to happen.

which is less than 3 months.That's why the 'abandoned' tag is not justified. If you're not a fan of this, go and try to change the rules accordingly, or accept that I advocate for the removal of the 'abandoned' tag from this thread.

First I never said a patreon post or subscribestar post has to a be game update , it can be a news or anything I'm just considering the dates .

This is actually 3 months 6 days total 95 days still more than 3 month still Abandoned tag holds . I would suggest to practice your math buddy this is literally kids stuff.

As I said before eventually "if" it gets an update it will be removed . No worries

yeah, do wait..the update is just around the corner, and it will be huuuge one. the greatest update of any porn game ever.
hardworking dev is giving his best in making one amazing render per month, so just a bit more patience and support till the game update comes finally...if not this one, well, there is always new game/project, just to keep wheels rolling...stay tuned!

Wrong again. You based your whole calculation on starting your count with the date of the last game update (Feb 02).
So yes, with that you implied that the abandonment rule would only consider game updates as valid posts to prevent an 'abandoned' tag, which is wrong.
If you really were "just considering the dates" as you claim, you would've started with Feb 17, the date of dev's last post on his Patreon and SubscribeStar, as I did.
Wrong again.
In whose world view is Feb 17, 2022 till May 15, 2022 more than 3 months?!
Including the enddate, it's exactly 2 months and 29 days.

You are very very ... Very poor in math. If anybody reading this I would suggest search google for days calculator and input start as 17:2:2022 and end as 25:5:2022 and check the answer for yourself because I can't clarify stupidity

I think they do go by this website and not some other outlet. All he said was hello or something like that that you posted.
Anyway, the update was on 2-1-22 ( Thread Updated: 2022-02-01 ) so thats 3 month already. But this is just what i think. There isn't a clarification in the FAQ.
If he still working on it, he can just say hello to the admin and it will be reinstated. So the discussion is not very helpful i think.
I think also that the rules makes sense and takes the guessing out of the equation for everyone. But i know that lots of people are invested in a particular game and its sad to see a game written off. But its purely on the dev. Or the user that uploaded it. At least that would make sense since the dev is not here.
