A simple solution is to use your phone to take a picture and use Google Lens to try and piece it together.
What I usually do when I need to have a quick translation of Japanese is to use the snipping tool to snip the page, then go

Try running it in Japanese locale? There's some issue with the save directory naming if you don't.
