Almost all games have models prepared for several patches ahead. They're the most time consuming to make, it makes sense to have a lot of models on standby so the creator can focus on story and gameplay changes instead with each update.
Now if he continues to make new models instead of using the ones he already prepared then i would agree

It got a second rework after not even a year of development since the first rework. This was the same exact circumstance that happened with the first rework as well so people lost hope in the dev.

I noticed that as well, but if you pay attention, it seems to mainly happen when the MC is having 'visions' or whatever. It's definitely not everywhere, which leads me to think the snat-ster did it on purpose. IE, when the MC is having visions, if you clear the HUD, or, take a closer look, the hallucinations disappear too.
Which is both amazingly cool and incredibly dorky all at the same time. To care THAT much about a porn game?

That is absolutely not true. If you give constructive criticism you will not get banned. I've seen plenty of people talking about things they don't like about the game and they didn't get banned. As long as you're polite you will be fine. But if you go there and act like an asshole then yea you will be kicked out.
