We have very different tastes of what best is... After getting the rest of the complete endings (Helena happy, Helga 2 happy ones, pregnant and not pregnant, and both of Ann's good endings) I have to say the game is pretty good.
If I were to rank it from my favorite complete ones
Best being either Depraved Awakening or Dreams of Desire
or
Worst being Dual Family with the clearest case of money milking in history... $8,000 dollars a month for a game that hasnt been updated in a year, and before that only had one sex scene !! and that one was rape... the rest was teasing, blackmail without penetration, and sex with a skeleton ? Add to that the depressing aura that permeates the damn entire game ??
I'd say Twists of my Life is closing in on DA and DoD... once Alana gets her ending fully completed, and Irene gets her full ending I'd say it can stand as equals to those games and Dreaming of Dana as well.
EDIT - Acting Lessons could have been number 1 game for me here, the way it played up till the end of chapter 4 was a MASTERPIECE, however it crapped the bed with chapter 5 and on. I will say its a very good story, and would never even dream of suggesting the dev to change his vision, it just wasnt the story I was interested in hearing/following, it became a depressing mess of "bad things happen to good people if they want good times" and of "If someone Cucks you, forgive and forget".... so yeah, to me it ended in the medium and forgettable range, I will remember key characters from the game, make memes of one character, and pretend the story didnt end the way it did...
