How do i use cheats from debug, also what's new in 1.0.4.0 version?

I misunderstood when YdenMkII wrote "new scene" It's only some new dialogue, there is no new position.
So this entire update is just getting the teleport item.
The resource pack does not need an update and still works as is.
Only Problem I noticed is that even with debug mode the teleportation menu remains Japanese.

The executable with l8erdude's debug edit, as well as the mosaic already forced off (so you don't have to do it in the menu first)

try maybe deleting and installing again, or if it dosen't work copy your save then delete everything including in appdata and reinstall
if dosen't help is the save that is bugged or gliched

Is there any way to tell apart npcs that will buy the pee cup, i came across them quite often but then i got the pee cups and now they're gone. What do i do?
