I personally think futa shouldn't be included in this game as you should respect the poll result. ANYWAY don't think that adding this optional futa content will attract many new futa-fan patreons, because this game is not really focused on futa content, but more on big tits, big butts, lactation, humor and sci-fi. If you as a creator really wanted to introduce a futa character who may be important in the story, I wouldn't have made a poll asking to patreons if that would be ok, I would just add it. As a user, I don't like futa content but I don't mind if there's a futa character if its presence is avoidable or just anecdotic. I understand that 60% of your patreons don't want you to invest hours of your precious time making some content they won't enjoy. I know it must be hard to find a balance between the creation you have in mind and what fans may want to see from it, as some people said above, don't become your patreons' bitch, be open to their suggestions but respect your own creation as well.

I don't want to be Kubrick or anyone. I want to be myself. This is a commercial project and the opinion of people who pay money for it is important to me. I can find a balance between my vision and what they want or don't want.

yeah but doing a good thing, it's what brings money to the table. I mean, why people dislike sluts? Because they're cheap, they would sell their dignity for some easy cash. Why people hate Disney? because they would do everything in the cheapest way possible to get all the profit.
Focus on something that makes sense and makes you pround and the money will come...problem is, patreon and porn-VNs aren't the fastest way to get money...BBS-studio(an "old" developer) was so obsessed to make easy money that he started 5 different projects at the same time...and the only one finished(which was a decent one) had a rushed ending which is what ruined the story, then he started those 5 projects and because he wasn't perseverant, people gave up on him very fast.
Being commercial = bad

Agreed with Demoness, pay ear to everyone but stick to what you planned, and eventually add the things you think will fit your idea and can enrich it but not at all cost.
