Hey playb0y44 after going through script at the end when i say goodbye to Madison there was no option like "kiss her cheek", "hug her" it was simply goodbye. Even after using console by increasing stats I wasnt able to do so.

that is because it does not need stats. iirc it's a conditioning thing true and false in the intro part of the game.
