fucking over artists by pirating their content and never paying for it, especially after they have proven to not be shitty developers and be honest and open with their fanbase (unlike a guy who rhymes with its fucking koda the guy is koda) will make them abandon their game because clearly no one is going to support it and everyones just going to pirate it, sorry this took me so long to reply havent been on the site in a while

Its all a case by case, i completely agree with you but at the same time this whole early access society that we as consumers live in has left a poor taste in peoples mouths. At the end of the day all we can do is hope that how and when we support content provides enough of an example for others and a reason for developers to continue.
At the same time it goes both ways, hoping that creators dont abuse their fans like a certain person whos name rhymes with soda and or someone who rhymes with toe

I don't want to knock you off your high horse here, your mindset is in the right place.
I myself was considering supporting the author because this game has a really really good foundation and I really liked it.
But when I went to their Patreon page and found that they have this overweight and oversized boobs merchant character and oversized boobs magical girl in progress, which I despise in a porn game. I now then have to hold on to my money until I'm sure they're not going to fill the rest of the game with oversized boobs.

I mean with this animation quality he can make whatever he wants and it will be awsome.
Maybe just add a scene when you reach the point when you defeat your opponent but i guess it goes against the "sub" trend of the character.

Well...yeah. I know the domination is pretty light, but this is a femdom game.

Doing the modelling, meshing, and then also the animations is really tough and time consuming. If I remembered correctly, I think it took the dev more than 1 year to finish v0.1. At that time he was only getting $70 per month on patreon and he persisted over 7~8 months before releasing the first version.

He hired a second modeller, he confirmed so on Discord. Modelling is indeed done, rigging, animating etc. needs to be done next. He also plans to introduce a bit of out-of-combat gameplay of some sort, since its no longer going to be just Dealer. He has not talked about how that is going to look though.

I was already thinking he should rather kickstarter this or something to jumpstart production of content, because this game will take several years by the current production speed. And I think if we had an actual feature depth to look forward to and a roadmap, people would be very willing to put money on the table for it.
