Game looks good, story seems interesting, I've heard it said 2 of the girls are 'meant' to be and 'behave' like they are the MC's sisters. Are there any plans to make them LITERALLY his sisters or is this a case where we have to use our headcanon for that?

If you mean for 0.2, which is still patron-only, no saves work with 0.2, as is stated in the changelog.

No iPatch, and the storyline and dialogue around them makes it clear it is intended to be exactly as it's written. The MC's parents are dead, and he grew up with these girls instead, with some major event mentioned at around the time his parents died that bonded him to them very closely. This is not a game where you could easily patch them in as the MC's blood-related sisters without making several fundamental plot changes.

Art style looks good, and I feel like characters kind of looks like Eternum characters, how about sex scenes, are they properly animated?
