Agreed, it's a great scene in of itself, but it's terribly timed. If it occurred much later on, after more character development, it'd be great.Well, it's pretty decent but my only critique would be that the kitchen scene is completely outta left field.
Yeah agreed. I think I heard somewhere there's a chance of it being removed at some point (again take that with a grain of salt) which I understand from a story and logical stand point, but I do hope that if it is removed it shows up later like you said or it's added in the gallery as a cut sceneAgreed, it's a great scene in of itself, but it's terribly timed. Yeah. While fun, It does clash the characterization quite a bit. It makes some twisted sense for Sam to do this, since she not only has her obsession with the mc, but also likely knows that her sister feels similar and wouldn't be opposed to doing things like this with the mc. But the mc has no real reason to engage in that at all. Especially since he is otherwise shown to be a person that does not succumb to easy temptations like that, given how hesitant he is to indulge sams obvious obsession with him.Agreed, it's a great scene in of itself, but it's terribly timed. Unfortunately, no news.guys any ETA? its been a while..
The game is pretty recent, so I'd say 3h max?Sooo if i start playing this today... How long will it take for me to meet the end?
August is plodding away at a pace that is sustainable to him. It is absolutely not abandonware.Hope this isn't another one of these very promising first few releases that will be abandoned. Anybody knows dev status for update?
Ok good to know its still alive. Does he post devlogs about update status?August is plodding away at a pace that is sustainable to him. It is absolutely not abandonware.
August is somewhat more present on the Discord server. Although, full disclaimer, he's a bit quieter in the public, non-staff channels as he's been trying to reduce his distractions. Frankly, I suffer from the same "SQUIRREL!" response to social media, so I totally get it.Ok good to know its still alive. Does he post devlogs about update status?
Have you installed some sort of mods or the like? The behaviour of the Skip button has always been default Ren'Py and remains so in the current 0.3. The only way to get asked whether you want to jump to the next menu is to right-click Skip.Is there a way to return the skip bar button back to the usual Renpy style of just skipping dialogue like holding down the ctrl key? Having it ask to skip to the next choice is very annoying when i'm leaning back and the keyboard is out of reach, that option is only needed extremely rarely and all it takes is holding down the shift key when clicking it, unlike how often i need it for just the basic skipping already seen text that one needs quite often.
Only using the guide mod linked on the FP, i love the URM but prefer a dedicated guide mod over it if it's available, an investigation of the mod menu makes no comment on making changes to the skip function. Left clicking the button acts as though i've right clicked it, i misremembered it as having to hold down shift. And just checking now, right clicking it just opens the menu like right clicking anywhere else does.Have you installed some sort of mods or the like? There's literally nothing in the game for which you'd need a walkthrough. It's clear the mod is causing the unwanted behaviour. Delete it and all should be well.Only using the guide mod linked on the FP, i love the URM but prefer a dedicated guide mod over it if it's available, an investigation of the mod menu makes no comment on making changes to the skip function. Strongly disagree, it quite clearly shows what options rewards points to what variables and i saw plenty that didn't or added to variables i don't want and some of those choices and rewards did not align with my expectations, no, i will keep using the mod because it matters far more to me to decide what outcomes i receive than just blindly hoping for the best, i find your claim to be incorrect and, honestly, quite ridiculous. Hit the content wall anyway so it's irrelevant now, i'll live with this 'bug', whether it's the game or the mod or something else, it's annoying but not game breaking. There's literally nothing in the game for which you'd need a walkthrough. honestly I find most games you dont need a walkthrough tbh and I see so many issues from other users that use that which makes me stay away from them even more unless I really need it for 1 game cause the branching is insane or something. Only came across 1 game I felt I needed it for. There's literally nothing in the game for which you'd need a walkthrough. It's clear the mod is causing the unwanted behaviour.
