I believe I fucked up my save, every time I enter the school I get the Kelly calling Amanda's mom a whore and after Kelly moves out of the way the game hangs up and I can't move nor open any menus. I think it's because I triggered that event and a different one with the bullies at the same time.
For those running into Donna the Nurse heart 2 after bar overhearing glitch/block. Here is the save file, Just go to hospital, talk to her and select Bar. This is a good choice playthrough btw.

having the same problem but dont want to give up my progress just to bang nurse donna. seems cheap like I didnt do it on my own. I am having the same problem with Ms. Amos keeps saying "Play hide and go seek" but I did that when I first met her daughter and now all she wants to do is watch tv
Here is ALL 5 hearts Good route save file. No Threesomes unlocked yet. The underworld is almost done too, i got the soul crystal, just go ahead to the statues. Enjoy.
