The most annoying part is to track down the script call commands centering around the protagonists thoughts,
those are mostly mixed within map events, and not on common events.

I hate to do this to you, but the fan-TL they linked, from a couple pages back, pretty much covered everything and looked quite fine already.
That said, if you want to practice/play around, go ahead. Also, yeah, it's those "thoughts" that weren't all translated in there too (I'd say... 40%? not, maybe?) - guess they had the same problem with locating them lines.

2 things real quick.
1. Pretty positive that the lewdness value doesn't effect anything, don't quote me on that though.

2. Does the aphrodisiac item do anything? I cheated it in as it exists but I can't use it and there are no events that I know of that use it or give it. Any thoughts?

I am keeping up to date with his ci-en profile. He is still doing the update ( expect more merchant scene, pregnancy, etc) alongside the new game he is making.

Can somone help me plese, The text is reach beyond the game screen and I can't see what the game telling me. Do you guy have the same problem?

I've try download every patch I know but seem the problem doesn't fixed and now the text on Alicia felling become square box too.

It is because it in the middle translate? or I just download the wrong patch?

this game is finished by that dev so him working on a new game is fine, the "on hold" thing is for the translation...ima guess its not 100% finished

I'm pretty sure this was a rare case of the actual game being on hold, while the translation (for the game thus far) is complete…

Translation for the current version is complete. The upcoming patch that will add new h scenes is currently being done by the dev. Seems like he is focusing most of his time on the new game though since he has yet to release it. Personally speaking i believe he either plans to release the new patch on christmas/new year or release it on the same day the new game is alse released

yeah, the translation is fine, im also tried to play it in 2019 and left it cause of bad MTL, now is playable.
