VtMB is the obvious inspiration, although the two settings are very different.
Honestly, the biggest inspiration for my games is probably Planescape: Torment, which is really strange for a porn game.

Interesting though you have to admit that basing ANY porn game on a real game with mechanics,in depth story,systems and so on is very strange.

What change into the game? Are there both mod in one or there are still separate play mod, just like selec which one you want to play demo (just sex), battle demo (Just male battle setting). Are there any other change in game. Are we can just start to play the full demo version with all perck include into it? Or ther still mod to select to start from?

So no female character creation I see. For now I pass. Why there no female creation yet. It that su damn hard to do when i first one, the first releas I can select my gender but now, eighter in demo combat and in this one there no such thing. 
Don't lissen to him about this gam ain't unique. This game is unique. And will be become more unique then everything else here.

True, because the average adult games player is used to slideshows where you just left click to get to the next scene. Anything that has any resemblance to an actual game is just too weird for them.

I'm pretty sure they're only impotent if they're acting in ways that go against their humanity. A vampire that has kept their humanity relatively in tact, still feel warmer to the touch, and can actually have sex as far as I'm aware. I might be wrong though, but I'm pretty sure I picked that knowledge up along the way somewhere.Vampire the Masquerade is great minus the impotent vampires

I follow this dev's work on RPGCodex and I didn't know he had a thread here, much less a patreon page.
I might've missed it, but I don't think he promoted his patreon there, probably out of fear of backlash from the community. He should, though. Even though this game has porn in it, I don't think the the target public is the people who come here, for the reasons I stated above. This game's demographics is much more in line with old-school cRPG players.

Demo now has a story portion that takes about an hour or so to complete. It's basically the first mission in the game.So no female character creation I see. For now I pass. Why there no female creation yet. It that su damn hard to do when i first one, the first releas I can select my gender but now, eighter in demo combat and in this one there no such thing.
There's not a female option mostly because I haven't rendered the female combat animations yet.
I'll think about it. I don't really plaster my patreon page everywhere, I kind of treat it like a tip jar.
Do you intend to add gay m/m content like you did for Battle Brothel? Sorry if you answered this already, I didn't see it mentioned while scanning the thread

How much do I need to wait till the female protagonist got rendered? 'Till male protagonist story go forward in deep story alredy (10 update ) or next one? How much we need to wait?

I'm not sure I can put a date on it. My next step is probably to start crowdfunding. I will be cleaning up/adding animations. So, soon-ish? But the demo is only an hour anyways, the full game won't be finished for a long, long time probably.
That is, if I have enough money to make it.
