minor bug i found: if you choose the "statistics" option on emily, it takes you to the queen's repeatable rape scene

This being an .exe rather than the normal files set off alarm bells for me, but thankfully boredom makes me dumb. Also, it's the oldest version of rpgm or something, no resizing the window, no clicking options, or click to move. I did greatly appreciate the option for instant text however, as not having that drives me nuts, also allowing for a much more legible font was nice. Oh and the cheatmode is a welcome addition too. There's no log... and for some reason because I was clicking to advance text I'd often only get the second page on tutorials onwards... first time happened about panty stealing, no biggie as it was simple... then with the ghost girls and so I've got no idea what to do with them if caught.
The artstyle is great, and I like the general rapey vibe of the game, although the 3, 2, 1 is a bit cheesy... I was worried with the first girl if I fucked her that I'd not be able to keep her as well, but she got added to my inventory - so maybe make it clear that you can do both. Shame you couldn't keep that experiment lady. Hopefully all this coming inside can lead to pregnancies down the line.

This game is really good, and I really like it. My first suggestion I'd make is to look at the balance. It's very simple to steal panties, throw them all into Agility, and then infinitely loop every enemy you meet. The game became laughably easy as soon as I found the Lighter, as its special attack hits all enemies and can inflict DoT similar to bleed. I would just use burn, dodge, and repeat until I ran low on energy, after which I would guard, dodge, and repeat until I was at a safe amount. The knife can enable this too, just without the free multi-target hits. I would use counterattack instead of dodge, but it felt very inconsistent and often let enemies hit me anyway, which lead me to believe that it just has a chance of failing unlike dodge.
However, that's only if you actually care. Sure, you can easily loop Projekt-14 without taking any damage aside from poison if you don't carry the cure for that. There're also three poison resistance items that I've found in that area, which mitigates even that. Agility is just by far the best thing to use panties on, as the more you have the more easily you can just loop everything you fight and just never take damage. However, this is ultimately a porn game, and if someone finds out such a strategy, you may just be of the mind to say good for them for finding an easy way to play. It may not be that important.
On that subject, however, and especially if you do take a look at balance and decide to change things, like Agility, I would recommend allowing people to farm throughout the game. The couch you can rest on is a good example. Let people use that infinitely and reset enemies upon use, allowing to farm for more gold to buy more healing items, just to prevent people from feeling as if they've been softlocked if they aren't that good at the combat. I would also recommend adding a resting spot to the first part of the game as well, perhaps in the cell you start in, just to give people a way to heal without items. Some people will just be bad at the combat but want to experience your game without using Easy mode, and that would be a good way to enable them to still play normally and without feeling as if they have to cheat, which can take away from the fun.
My second suggestion would be to make the hidden tunnel under the fountain more visible. I, like several others, had a hard time spotting it and ran around for a bit before finally noticing it. Even if you just gave it a stronger contrasting outline.
My third suggestion would be to change the escape mechanic. It allowing an RNG loss just doesn't feel good. I'd suggest making it more like typical escape mechanics, where it has a chance of failure, which would waste the action and you'd need to wait another turn or maybe even lock it for a few turns to prevent spam, but would then allow you to try again until you either die or eventually succeed and escape. If you don't want people to just escape their way through rooms filled with enemies, make each enemy have their own escape cooldown. That way, if you escape one encounter but you have two enemies in the overworld plastered to you, you'd immediately begin combat with the second one. You could even make the chance of escape lower for the next fight after using it, or make it so you can only escape a certain number of times per rest (see above suggestion), before the mechanic is just disabled until you rest again. Once more, this is all only if you actually care much about balance, and if you don't I'd suggest you implement the first part of this paragraph and ignore the rest.
My fourth, and most minor, suggestion would be to make the 'Let's Rape!' and 'Rape Complete!' voice lines a bit louder relative to the rest of the sounds the bar that adjusts them also controls. I adjusted my sliders till the game's volume felt pretty much perfect in every regard, the one exception being that those voice lines were just a little bit too quiet.

Oh boy, the death route is going to be its own thing? Time to start another run and just start fucking murdering everyone I guess. I won't expect any necro content, despite being an absolute fucking degenerate who'd appreciate it, because I know it's incredibly niche and unlikely to happen, even if completely optional. It just be like that sometimes.
Edit: Or I would if killing the very first 'boss' encounter didn't effectively softlock me by reverting to the 'what do I do with her' screen. I tried to get rid of it and there doesn't seem to be any way for me to do so. Finishing the encounter with your friend, transitioning zones, and saving and loading that file still has that screen showing, and I'm not going to play through the game without being able to see literally anything. I guess I'll be waiting for a fix before trying that again.
Edit: I noticed the hotfix and redownloaded the game, it seems to be working now. It didn't work when I loaded the save after the screen glitch, but luckily I saved immediately before the encounter, so everything seems to be good now.

Really sorry for that, it should be good now.
The Death route is going to be expanded much further down the line, so for now it's pretty barebones- however, there is going to be an alligment in the future that'll appreciate it if you decide to kill a lot.
Also, sadly we're not really planning on some serious necro content since it wouldn't really fit the story and its themes.
And now I'm getting another bug. When I interact with the couch after the queen boss fight, it just fades to black and stays there. The BGM is still playing and I can hit escape and access the pause menu, but I cannot move. Once again I'm stuck.
Edit: It seems to have been fixed, aside from the fact that after I finish the dream sequence my player model now becomes invisible. Just like every other bug I have experienced so far, saving and reloading or going through the sequence again do not seem to help. The game is technically playable, but I'd imagine being invisible would make it very frustrating to play.

Edit: Tested it myself, as of yet there is no difference between raping them and just choosing to take them with you. No special outcomes are had unless you choose to be mean and kill everyone. At least not yet, my first question still stands.

The counterattack skill seems janky after I used panties to upgrade my agility on the assumption that faster turns = better.
It seem to always wear off the split second after I activate it, rendering it completely useless.
