i have no problem with that's for your personal use, each to their own and thats why there is sliders in vam.
i make models as i love to make them not to tell people what they should like i make all types for all different tastes .
the thicc and thin is a starting point for people as many dont know how to use vam or some just want to get it over and done with an move on to the next model.

Yeah I make most of my assets from DAZ stuff I already have, but cool looks are always welcome.

This is Bamair1984's Natalya packed into a var package for easier loading. I have tested this on a clean install of VaM so I don't anticipate any issues.

It depends on the asset. From personal experience:
-some of them have the heels (soles) as part of a different preset than the default one, have a looks if there's a version with the heels too
-some of the them have heels as a separate asset. You basically need to load two individual pieces of clothing, one for the shoes and one for the heels
-There is a Harli Heels clothing item that I believe comes with VaM by default. If you try to equip it you will notice that it also realigns to foot for a more realistic "heels" position. Now Harli Heels comes with 3 standard heels presets (White,Black,Red) BUT also two heels-only presets. What I tend to do when I equip an asset without the sole is then equip Harli Heels as well and go for one of the two heels-only presets. There are some instances where the heel-only preset looks weird (there is a component at the top of the heel that might protrude), in that case I just equip the standard shoe preset instead and change the Alpha Adjust on the shoe component to minimum in order to make it fully transparent. That leaves you only with the heel and it's a bit slimmer than if you'd use the heel-only preset.
That's not a human skin looks like. Some kind of Chinese traditional oily-dried-duck is.
Anyway, do this skin have any "watermark & bot" you always mentioned?
Apologies for noob VAM question. Are there any plugins that will make a person automatically react to touch/contact triggers? E.g. by moving / sound whatever? I know easymoan and various emotion plugins but none actually make the model move.. don't think I have the time or skill to add my own animations.. lus it takes something away from the experience if I know exactly what it's going to do! The only scene I know that does it really well is imprisoned by EdCrowley.

Check E-motion plugin, there some tweaks for the body to move , it s not reaction but it gives some life to the char.
And for scenes there s all theses, some free or demo, some on his patreon :
