Idk if this question has been raised before, but is "sculpting" (playing around with morphs) inside VAM the same as sculpting in Blender/daz and exporting it inside VAM?
For context, I have been playing around a Look that I downloaded from the hub and it looks weird when she smiles, or does sex faces.
It just hit me that maybe these morphs that I played around with is not "saved" or "exported", i dont rly know how morphs and expressions inside vam works.

Can someone explain to me how to change the controls in VR mode for this game? It's very unusual to use buttons instead of triggers, and it's also inconvenient to move something when the first press is to grab, and the second press is to release, I just want to hold the button down.
Did the F95 VAM discord get deleted? I can't find it in my server list anymore and pretty sure I didn't leave it.

Many expressions morphs will make this weird look regardless of the appearance.
My solutions are to limit them to 0.3 if it uses any plugin that let me do that.
If it uses timeline for the expressions, its a bit more complicated. I delete only the facial expressions animations and load up a generic preset for facial expressions I previously created.

Is there any way to export addons list downloaded from VAM HUB, I have to temporary delete VAM to make space on my SSD and Id like to redownload everything as it was when I reinstall it

no idea man. never seen something like this. all i can think of is maybe some permission issue or write issue with the files? does it happen on a fresh install? do it on a different drive or something and just copy over the addon packages and saves you need, nothing else and test if it happens again.

From VaM's installation instructions:
"IMPORTANT: choose a folder that is not admin-rights protected. For example, don't try to install to Program Files directory as that is admin-protected. VaM needs to be able to write files to the directory you install it in."
Sounds like you put VaM in a protected directory, that's why VaM can't write the key into a file, and therefore you might need to re-enter it every single time.

Except the whole point of deleting is to free up disk space temporary, at the moment I have nowhere to backup it as I am data hoarder with tens of TB of full disks and I just need to temporary remove VAM and all addons for few days then reinstall everything I had from the HUB.
ask chatgpt to write a batch script that takes all the var filenames from addon folder and put them in a txt
still doesn't does what he asks, you need to read.
Don't think there is a bit in the var that says that it is downloadable from the hub, will probably need to poke their hub api in some way to check, but have no idea. You could try and free some space by deleting duplicates and older versions, can use Var Browser or some of the other plugins to remove older and duplicate files, should save you some storage. Or you could just buy another ssd? they are not expensive.

if you want to redownload everything, there might be a way. i havent tested this i just came up with it now. if you inspect meta.json of a var, it has a dependencies list. it looks like this

maybe you can write a script to put all the vars files names you need in here and then let the builtin hub browser download all of it, since now its a dependency of this var file.

terabox cloud for one terabyte for free upload your custom folder there and AddonPackages well, you can upload scenes there too! and then when you need it, download it all and add it to the newly installed VAM
Hey just wanted to know if i could do something about the game not opening and just giving me a black screen. I downloaded the full game and all but everytime i launch it, its just a black screen. Any help on how to fix it?
