Hmm, let's do a quick checklist:
- RTP - Double check to see if you have the correct RTP installed. I haven't looked into it in forever so I don't know which one it needs off the top of my head.
- Extract the game and not run it from the archive.
- Sometimes it helps to extract the archive in the native language (Japanese in this case) to preserve file names on systems that doesn't have the appropriate language pack installed For example, in 7-Zip -- Open the Archive, Tools --> Language Tab --> Japanese Language
- Make sure the Pathway for where you put the game isn't too long or deep. Sometimes RPGM doesn't like deep level directories. If not using C or D drives try moving it there even. Some folks had some success after moving RPGM games from other drives to these.
- Try running the game in Administrator mode and run the game using the appropriate language, or use something like AppLocale from back in the day. For modern OSs, use Locale Emulator, found here:

Yep. You need to have at least three children with Tony and(for some reason) check Tony's bookshelves. His son will appear in adjacent room, if conditions are met.

A solution when you have "files" errors when launching the game is also to make sure the game is put on the correct drive.
Since rpgm games uses files from the engine to work you need to put/extract the game on the same drive as you installed the engine.
Try to move the game folder from your "stockage" drive to your desktop or somewhere else on your ( C: ) drive

but the third kid is the 1 at tony's house so how is it in the farm surrounds ? have not checked that out yet also i think the first 2 kids where girls so that maybe explain the third kid thing aswell with him being male its never mention to what kids she give birth to (and as far as i know the only incest is with the kid with tony you name yourself ?)
does the maker of this game have other games like this that have (mom and son incest) ?

No. He only does comics/doujin porn. He's only ever produced two games. This one, and Drop Factory.
Beyond that, one of his comics was adapted into a video game, but the focus is bestiality, not incest.
He is rumored to be making Vitamin Quest 2, but progress is slow, and has been going on for years now. It could very well never come out.

He only updates people about it on his DLsite blog. Once a month he'll make some vague statements.
